13 February 2025. We had one presentation per school on the topic: Women in Science. Each school presented a female scientist from their country. Then, based on the presentations, the students took an online quiz.

April 3rd, 2025
On Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CET, a collaborative online meeting was held via Webex as part of the Erasmus+ projects "Mediterranean Diet for Overall Health" and "Addressing Health and Well-being at School and Beyond". The meeting celebrated both World Health Day 2025 and the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace across the partner countries - Greece, Slovakia, Serbia, Turkyie and Italy.
A special presentation was delivered by Mrs. Elpis Vasileiou, Midwife and Maternity Care Consultant at the Department of Midwifery, University of Western Macedonia (Greece), titled “A Global Perspective on Maternal & Newborn Health.” This year the campaign theme of the World Health Day is closely related to pregnancy, maternity and maternal and newborn health and well-being so the presentation coped with the theme perfectly.
Students actively participated in a themed Kahoot quiz on World Health Day 2025, showcased their work on Twinspace and teachers exchanged good practices from their respective οrganizations.
A highlight of the day was watching scenes from a live floorball match at Gymnázium Cyrila Daxnera, celebrating the spirit of sport and peace.

We organized the celebration of the 20th anniversary of eTwinning in Europe and the 10th anniversary of eTwinning in Serbia. The meeting was organized in a hybrid model. During the online part of the meeting, we were joined by partners from Greece and Slovakia. Teacher Aspasia Mylona from Greece and Maroš Mitrik from Slovakia addressed our students with a short speech about the importance of eTwinning in education, the exchange of examples of good practices, with a special focus on the well-being of students participating in projects. In the continuation of the meeting, Jovana Radjenović, assistant professor at the Faculty of Mining and Geology, Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, spoke with students about the good and bad sides of Artificial Intelligence in a workshop called "Welcome to the World of AI".

On 12 June 2025 we held another collaborative meeting online wiith our partners from the project Mediterranean Diet For Overall Health coordinated by Anthi Soukou from Acharnes and other invited guests to celebrate World Environment Day. During the meeting we disseminated our projects, echanged good practices as for environmental activities within the projects, but also outside them, presented our work in the projects and talked about our experience with environmental issues in our schools, towns and countries. After the meeting, we continued with evaluation online meeting for the project Health at Schools and Beyond, revised the work done so far and agreed on the final steps to accomplish our goals in the project.
